Martha Harriman leads the overall strategic leadership of the company and is responsible for the execution of the corporation’s strategy, goals, and operation.
Ms. Harriman has been in a leadership role at Sagrad since the company was established in 2004. She has been responsible for quality control, supply chains, and growing a robust supplier base. Her responsibilities have grown from departmental leadership to the leadership of the organization as a whole.
Ms. Harriman has over 17 years in the engineering and manufacturing industry; and has become an expert through experience in how to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, while creating positive working environments that foster creativity, teamwork, and productivity. Ms. Harriman holds a bachelor’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.

With extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer for a variety of start-up firms; Gary Gottschling joined Sagrad in 2016 as the Chief Financial Officer and accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Mr. Gottschling is responsible for guiding company practices and procedures, and decision making, as well as company operations that impact the company’s financial health. Mr. Gottschling along with Ms. Harriman have been instrumental in the strategic planning and growth of the organization.
Mr. Gottschling holds an MBA from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Ohio State University. His extensive professional development includes ongoing CPE with AICPA, and GAPP/FASB oversite management committee, the Defense Contracts Management Agency, and Defense Cost Accounting.
Kleber Valencia

Kleber Valencia joined Sagrad in 2016 as a design engineer. He was promoted to system engineer in 2018 and accepted the position of Vice President of Engineering in 2022. Mr. Valencia has supported a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, medical and defense markets, including airborne, ground, ship, and space-based launch programs. Mr. Valencia leads the company’s engineering and technology efforts and supports the corporate strategy for growth and sustainment.
During his career at Sagrad, Mr. Valencia has held significant technical advisory positions for NASA, DARPA, and Space Force Operations Command; developing the knowledge to become a subject matter expert for Autonomous Flight Termination systems.
Mr. Valencia holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.

Tony Crosthwaite joined Sagrad in 2008 as the Operations Manager and accepted his position of Vice President of Operations in 2022. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s operations, including end-to-end supply chains, quality control, and health and safety. Mr. Crosthwaite helps Sagrad realize its future as an operational leader in the industry through talent development, digital tools, and the high-performing manufacturing and supply chain networks.
Mr. Crosthwaite brings over 30 years’ experience to his current role including advanced electronics manufacturing, production engineering, and end-to end supply chain oversite. Mr. Crosthwaite holds a degree in electronics from Tampa Technical Institute and attended Barry University for Business Management.
