SAGRAD operates service centers for all products and systems we design and manufacture. Our electrical engineering services, maintenance, repair, and overhauls are provided by a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians who utilize state-of-the-art manufacturing and test equipment. Our knowledgeable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support staff delivers fast turnaround times to assure a rapid return to service.
From operator instruction to piece part repair, SAGRAD offers a variety of comprehensive training courses onsite at a customer's location or in our training facilities. Utilizing informal instructional settings, we provide practical hands-on experience. Our goal is to ensure that customers acquire the knowledge and expertise to perform operational and maintenance tasks confidently and thoroughly.

Parts and Service
At SAGRAD, we are committed to supporting our products throughout their entire lifecycle. We ensure that customers have access to spare parts for every level of maintenance required to meet their specific needs. SAGRAD can tailor an economic spares provisioning package that suits our customers' maintenance requirements and budgets, from complete spare systems to selected, critical subassemblies or piece parts.
Life Cycle Management
Life cycle management is critical to ensuring customers' timely repairs and getting their systems back into the field. SAGRAD is committed to ensuring that our supply chain performs appropriately and meets manufacturing schedules and customer delivery dates. We incorporate a supplier management approach that uses a key performing supply chain. We track daily material delivery and report our performance metrics to the suppliers.
Our supply chain partners are ISO/AS9100/ITAR certified. SAGRAD is GIDEP registered.
We have a robust Counterfeit Parts/risk mitigation program that adheres to A5553B.
