Miniature Integrated Autonomous Flight Termination Unit (MIAFTU)
The Sagrad Miniature Integrated Autonomous Flight Termination Unit (MIAFTU) is a compact derivative of the field proven IAFTU, that was engineering for Missile, Hypersonic and small-lift launch platforms. Its reduced size footprint enables integration on air-breathing platforms where performance is critical and minimum size, weight and power are mandatory.
The MIAFTU is a configurable, fault tolerant unit equipped with Core Autonomous Safety Software (CASS) Operational Release 3 developed by the U.S. Space Force and NASA along with Sagrad developed v.3 Software Wrapper. Our MIAFTU is supports embedded or external M-Code GPS receiver and is RCC324 compliant. The MIAFTU is RCC319-25 certified and will support present and future mission requirements.
